The Gene Chip and it's Connection to Brave New World
Two companies, Affymetrix Inc. and Agilent Technologies, have been able to preoduce gene-chips--dime size pieces of glass infused with genetic material. Currently, these gene-chips are being used to find "bad genes" that may lead to disease.
